If you love chatting about books but dread the pressure of a traditional book club then BYOB(ook) is perfect for you! Join us in the cozy atmosphere at Dear Reader Books & Stationery on Wednesday, July 23rd at 7p.m. for a night of sharing your favorite recent books with other readers in the neighborhood!
Here's how it works...
You can bring a copy (or just the title) of a recent book that you loved and talk about it with other readers! Or you can just sit back and listen. Either way, it will be a fun night of discovering new books and meeting other book people (arguably the best people)!
BYOB(ook) will be hosted by Dear Reader owner, Allie Yanofsky and local Literacy Consultant and author of the Stacey Loscalzo Reads Substack, Stacey Loscalzo. (Sign up for her substack here!) Allie and Stacey will be sharing a few of their recent favorites to kick things off!
This a FREE event open to anyone who wishes to meet other local readers and chat about books at the bookstore! See you at Dear Reader on Wednesday, March 19th at 6pm!
